Cappucienne brings over 20 years of international governance, compliance, and risk management leadership to A.R.C Technology. Holding an MBA alongside TEP, MICA, and CAMS certifications, she has held senior executive roles within globally regulated financial institutions, advising ultra-high-net-worth clients and institutions across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. She founded A.R.C Technology to channel that same standard of regulatory rigor, data protection discipline, and operational accountability into managed IT services for healthcare providers, government agencies, and enterprises across The Bahamas where compliance failures carry real consequences.
